This is a 6-week closed group program where we will meet weekly for comprehensive coaching sessions. In addition to group sessions, you will have access to closed group messaging with other members and direct access to message me for support throughout the entire six weeks.
You will receive education based on the latest nutrition science, helping you to understand healthy eating, portion control, and how to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
I teach practical skills like reading food labels and meal planning, navigating eating out, and managing emotional or stress-related eating triggers.
